My plan didn’t renew properly, how do I get it back?
If your default payment card can’t be charged 24 hours prior to your plan renewal (i.e. the card is expired, or doesn’t have sufficient funds), we’ll try again 24 hours later. If it still doesn’t go through, and you’re on pay upfront, your plan will lapse and your service will stop working.
It’s easy to get going again, simply:
Log in to your MyAccount or app
Repurchase a plan
You’re good to go!
You can pick your old plan, or choose a different one.

What if I can’t find my old plan/price?
If you don’t see your old plan, and/or the old price you were paying for that plan, message us via Live Chat between 9am-6pm weekdays, and one of our crew should be able to re-add your plan to your account at the correct price.
Remember to always keep an unexpired payment card on your account, and check that it has enough funds to cover your plan before the billing date, to keep your mobile plan going smoothly.
