Got a promo code? Hereâs how you can use it to start enjoying some sweet, sweet savings.
đ¸ How promo codes work
To use a promo code, make sure you apply it to your account before you repurchase your plan. If youâre eligible, itâll be applied to your account and youâll see the discount on your plan in your MyAccount or app.
đ How to apply a promo code to your account
đ MyAccount
Login, then click I do not want to buy a new plan at the bottom
âGo to My Rocket and select Redeem Promo Code
Copy and paste, or type in the promo code (note: these are case sensitive)
Go to Mobile and scroll to your plan. If youâre eligible, you should see the discounted price. Click Purchase this plan. Itâll be added back to your account with the discount applied.

Login, then tap Proceed without plan
âOpen the menu by tapping the icon with 3 lines in the top right corner, then go to My Rocket, and select Redeem Promo Code
âCopy and paste, or type in the promo code (note: these are case sensitive)
âGo to Products and scroll to your plan. If youâre eligible, you should see the discounted price. Tap Purchase this plan. Itâll be added back to your account with the discount applied.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
Do not try to add a plan to your cart before entering the code in the Redeem Promo Code field, or it will not apply the discount.
âBe careful not to accidentally buy a new SIM for your account. If you are asked to select a SIM type, exit that screen and start again.
Promo codes are case sensitive, if you enter it without using the correct casing (e.g. uppercase), or an invalid code, you will get this message
âIf you try to apply it more than once, you will get this message
âIf you enter a valid code, it will be applied whether you are eligible or not. If eligible, the discount shows on the plan after.
âPromo codes are different to voucher codes, which tend to be one off credits applied to your account, not a percentage discount off your plan. Make sure you select the one that says âPromo Codeâ, not âVoucherâ

𧞠When your discount starts
So long as your promo code has been applied first, your discount kicks in as soon as you purchase your plan. Youâll be billed the discounted price for one month, or whatever the validity of the promo code is.
If you purchase your plan first THEN apply your promo code, the discount will not apply until your next renewal / second month. To avoid this, be sure to apply the promo code first before purchasing your plan.
đ How long will the promo code be valid for?
Weâll let you know the code expiry in the same email you get the code in. We recommend using it right away so you donât miss out!
Once the promo code validity period ends, youâll be charged your regular plan price - either the single price or your group price (if youâve joined a Group Plan).
đ¤ Whoâs eligible?
If you were sent the promo code directly by us via email, youâre eligible! If you werenât, it wonât be applied to your plan.
đ¤ Why isnât my discount showing up even though it says the code got applied?
Reach out to us via Live Chat between 9am-6pm weekdays, and weâll sort it out.
đ Changing plans
Plan changes are scheduled for your next renewal date, and youâll be charged for your new plan when your plan renews, not on the day you make the change.
Note that if you change plan, you may lose any discounts you have so reach out to us in Live Chat if you are unsure BEFORE you change plan.
