Having trouble activating your eSIM?
Installed your eSIM but not getting the activation link via SMS? Try sending an SMS or making a call, and that should trigger the activation link to be sent to you. How to download your eSIM
Find the eSIM QR code you got when you ordered your eSIM.
In your MyAccount, go to My Orders → Order History, click on the ORD number, then the pink eye icon next to where it says eSIM.
In your Rocket Mobile app, open the main menu by tapping the three lines in the top right corner of your screen, then tap Order History, select your #ORD number, then tap the pink eye icon next to where it says eSIM.
How to install your eSIM
You can either use the camera app on your phone to scan the QR code, which is the easiest way, or
You can go into the settings of your device and enter the details manually by copy pasting the SM-DP+ Address, Activation Code & Confirmation Code shown below the QR code.
On an iPhone, go into Settings → Mobile → SIMs → Add eSIM → Use QR Code → Enter Details Manually
On an Android, go into Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM
When asked to Enter Code, use the 6 digit Confirmation Code sent with your QR code.
How to activate your eSIM
Once your eSIM is installed, you should get an SMS message from 7878 saying ‘Welcome! Please click this link to setup…’ with a link to activate your new eSIM.
If you don’t get this SMS, try sending an SMS or making a call from your device, this should trigger the Welcome SMS to be sent to you
Click the link, and you’ll be directed to log in to your Rocket Mobile account to complete the activation process. Make sure you login the same way you did when you purchased your eSIM.

Good internet connection.
A camera to scan QR codes or a QR code app.
Switching from eSIM to Physical SIM for Existing Rocket Mobile Customers
Sign in to the Rocket Mobile website and go to SIM Purchase, or click here
Select the same plan and click "Buy Now" Don't worry, you won't be charged for the plan.
Make sure to select "Physical SIM" and proceed to checkout.
If you're already signed in, click proceed. If not, enter your Rocket Mobile email and password.
Accept any SIM fee, then complete the checkout process.
Your physical SIM will be delivered within 3 business days.
Once received, insert the SIM card into your phone and check for a cellular signal.
Notify us via chat so we can process the SIM swap and transfer your number from eSIM to physical SIM.
💡 Important: Avoid activating the plan or clicking the SMS activation link to prevent extra charges.
Switching from Physical SIM to eSIM for Existing Rocket Mobile Customers
Sign in to the Rocket Mobile website, go to SIM Purchase, or click this link:
Select the same plan and click "Buy Now" Don't worry, you won't be charged for the plan.
To place an eSIM order, click "Change to eSIM" and proceed to checkout.
If you're already signed in, click proceed. If not, enter your Rocket Mobile email and password.
Accept the $2 eSIM fee, then complete the checkout process.
Your eSIM will be sent to your email, or you can view it in the order history by logging in to the Rocket Mobile website or app and clicking the eye icon.
To install the eSIM on your phone, ensure you have a strong Wi-Fi or data connection and a functioning camera. Scan the QR code or manually enter the eSIM details.
Once the eSIM status on your phone shows active, avoid activating the plan or clicking the SMS activation link to prevent extra charges.
