What is the Spring Sale offer?

Pay upfront monthly Rocket and Plus customers will be able to save 90% off their first month i.e. they will be charged the discounted price from activation. You can get Rocket for $4 OR Plus for $4.50 in the first month. The offer period is 15 September 2025 to 15 October 2025.

As long as a customer purchases and activates on an eligible plan within the promotion period, they will be able to get the offer.

How do I get it?

  1. Go to our Plans page here to check out our plans but remember the promotion only applies to our Rocket or Plus plans;

  2. Click ’Join Us’ to get to the order portal when you’ve decided which plan you’d like;

  3. Follow the prompts in the portal to sign up and purchase either a physical SIM or eSIM and choose your plan;

  4. Once you have received your SIM, activate it and you will be charged either $4 for Rocket, or $4.50 for Plus for the first month;

  5. From the second month, your chosen plan will return to full price: Rocket ($40) or Plus ($45). Remember: to keep the savings going after the offer ends, bring friends and family over to create a group to get Group plan pricing and save $5 per month and get Rocket for only $35 or Plus for $40.

Important things to note:

  • You will need to purchase and activate within the offer period to take up the offer;

  • The discount applies for your first month from activation. From month 2, your plan price will revert to the regular single or group discounted rate.

How does the offer work?

Simply sign up for a new Rocket Mobile account and buy a Rocket or Rocket Plus plan within the offer period, and you’ll get 90% off your first month. Your plan will revert to the regular single or group plan (if eligible) price from your second bill.

What plans can I get this offer on?

Rocket (10Mbps) and Rocket Plus (40Mbps) pay upfront monthly plans.

How long is this offer available for?

We can’t say exactly when the offer will end yet, so grab it quickly while you can! Keep an eye on this website, once we have an end date we’ll post it here, so you can check how much time you have left to redeem.

What if I’m already a customer?

This offer is for new customers, i.e. those who create a new Rocket Mobile account. If you’re an existing customer, join or create a group to get ongoing Group Plan discounts.

What if I signed up just before the offer started?

If you’ve just missed out on the offer, contact us via Live Chat and we’ll do our best to help.

When do I have to activate my plan by to be eligible?

You’ll have to activate your new plan before the end of the offer period to be eligible, so we’d recommend you do it as soon as you activate to make sure you get the discount. Keep an eye on this website for the offer end date, we’ll post it here when we can.

What if I had issues activating my plan?

If you started the activation process before the end of the offer period, we’ll make sure you still get the discount. Just reach out to our Live Chat team to let us know, and we’ll sort it out.

When do I start getting the discount?

You’ll get your discount from the moment you activate your new plan. After 1 month, your plan will revert to its regular price again.

What happens after 1 month, if I’m on the offer?

Your plan will revert to its regular price. If you’re in a group, this means it’ll go onto the group plan price, so make sure you’re in one before the month is up to keep saving!

What if I cancel my plan early?

No worries, unlike some providers we don’t force you to pay back a discount if you leave early. But once you try unlimited mobile, we don’t think you’ll want to go back to a limited plan again!

What if I change my plan?

You can schedule a plan change to happen at your next billing date, and it won’t affect your discount. However, if you want to change before your first month is up, you’ll have to message us on Live Chat so one of our team can help you out.

Note: You’re charged for the new plan on the day you change, so we recommend waiting until your billing date to change plans so you don’t lose out on unused days left on your current plan.

Can I still get a Group Plan discount with the offer?

The offer does not stack with Group Plan prices, i.e. it’s 90% off the single plan price. It’s still a great idea to join a Group though, because you’ll continue saving from your second month onwards.

Can I still get a Friend Referral credit with the offer?

No, unfortunately the Spring offer doesn’t stack with our friend referral credit offer. But do keep the friend referral credit in mind if you want to bring a friend to Rocket Mobile after this offer ends.
